We believe is important to have low yields of grape, in order to select just the high quality material and give to the costumer a final product with the best quality possible.
Moreover, we use fungicides, to be sure to not have residuals in our wines and we certified this practice in recognised laboratories.
In the cellar, we use just the so called cold technology for the production of the Moscato wine: this allows us to maintain the musts and selected yeasts (not trasgenic) and their fermentation process.
